I spent over a decade as the in-house muralist for Easy Street Records, Seattle, in the early 2000’s, painting large album cover releases for bands as far ranging as U2 to the White Stripes to Gorillaz and local events like Sasquatch Music Festival and Bumbershoot plus record releases from local celebrities such as the Young Evils to Macklemore… but of course the day Lou Reed fought through the hoardes to find me and shake my hand as thanks for his Transformer album cover tribute on the back doors of the shop was the unexpected pinnacle of my time with Easy Street Records. 🤘🏼
